My Chiller is leaking from the filter, what should I do?Updated 7 months ago

First, remove the filter housing off of the thread on the chiller. Ensure that there is a silicone o-ring gasket placed inside the top of the thread. 

If there is no O-Ring in the unit then please immediately reach out to our support team at: [email protected] 

If the O-Ring is in place, and it is still leaking, ensure that your filter cartridge is placed flush inside of the 20-micron filter. If the cartridge is above the level of the 20-micron filter, this will cause leaks.
