What are the steps for troubleshooting my chiller if it has no water flow?Updated a year ago

If your chiller is experiencing problems with water flow, follow these troubleshooting steps:

First, inspect the screen filter on the INLET of your chiller. Close the valves on your tub and then unscrew the hose and housing unit from the chiller to check for debris. Clean the filter or replace it with a spare if needed. After reassembly, ensure the valves on your tub are reopened before running the chiller. If this doesn't solve the problem, proceed to the second step.

This second step involves pushing water through the system using a garden hose with the chiller running and the valves open. Aim to create a seal with the hose at the RED port of your tub and flush through. This should restore normal flow and engage the flow rate sensor. Remove the hose once normal flow is achieved and continue to monitor the chiller. Should the flow issue persist, it's advisable to consult with our support manager for further assistance.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team for a live walk-through of these steps. We would love to help!
